Sounds like you need a sink and link, rod to timing base adjustment. Are your butterfly's closing when you turn the key? Maby a bad choke solenoid. Does it click when you turn your key? May be a bad primer solenoid, push down on the bleeder valve and release the air trapped inside.Are your spark plugs getting 2 much oil on them ? Could be an air leak in a fuel hose to VRO pump.change the plugs

Pull the carbs off and strip them all. Check the high and low jets for blockage. On the intake side of each carb you will see 1,2 or 3 tiny holes usually at the top of each bore, these are low start, intermediate and full throttle drilling's which can be hard to spot unless you look closely. All of these, the jets and other movable hardware should be cleaned with Carb and Choke cleaner and reassembled. Find out the "Initial Setting" in your manual for the fuel mixture screws and set them accordingly. Check for a good spark and action of the primer bulb. Run the engine until normal operating temperature and adjust each mixture screw. The rpm's should should start increase as you back out the screw, stop and screw back in on quarter turn.Have 92 25 horse merc outboard, just shut off at full speed dosent' get spark, any ideas?
