You could go to your local part store and buy a new ignition or I think that sometime a locksmith can make a new key from your old ignition.

I would go to a breakers yard and buy a new lockset and keys, just tell them the make, model and year and they should be able to supply you with a new lot. Main dealers just see the £ and don't bother to tell you the cheaper options, from a breakers it should be about £15 - £25 (and shouldn't need to be re-coded as long as you get the ignition barrel too). You should get the door locks, boot lock and petrol cap (if key operated) along with the ignition barrel and that is the complete lockset.
My nan bought one a few years ago for a corrolla and it only cost her £15.
If it is a new car and coded, you might need to go main dealer, but the breakers will tell you that.
