I was thinking of using a power inverter off cigareet lighter what size would I need for 1,000 little lights? and how much will it cost for the inverter?

Answers:

how many days would it take to sail from Newport Oregon, to Sydney Australia, at a speed around 40 mph??

you can pick up a power inverter from wal-mart for about $20-30. this is your cheapest option. If you want to be fancy and really do it up big and show out. Go and buy a gasoline powered electrical generator these can run from $100 to $1000 and above it just depends on how fancy you want to get but the generator would be the best solution due to the fact that shortage of power would not be a problem.

what is the average sailing time of cargo vessels traveling from new york to cotonou, benin?

We are in a Christmas parade with the boat. It is one a trailer with a small mast asd many lights. We need an inverter and a special battery that the car pulling the trailer has in the trunk. It lasts thriugh a 2 hour parade.
