The yard rate for cleaning a boat is from 15 to 115 an hour depending on area and job.
I do not think minimum wage would be worth the work done.
If yourmarina allows outside workers, hire a teen at 15 to 20 per hour but work with them to assure they are working up to speed and doing a good job.
