1991 Mercury 60HP, Rand motor and sucked water into the gas and flooded the engine. Now I cant get it started. I drained all old fuel, and got it out of the lines as well, cant get the motor started though, any help?

you'll probably need to drain the carb bowl, remove and dry the spark plug, spin the engine over with the plug out and add some heet or similiar product to your new gas to remove any remaining moistureWhy must a ship lower its sails during a storm?
did u pull the spark plug out and check, or replace ?pull the spark plugs and put a spoonful of gas in each plug hole and replace sparkplugs and give it a try---you may have to do this a couple times to burn any water in float bowls.

Just an add on to all the good answers above, please keep in mind that if you leave flooded motor for a while without preserving it, the sensitive and gentle polished parts will get corroded, which will cut the life of the motor drastically.So, either make it work using advice above, or preserve it.
