I need Someone to do timing on my 1967 mercury outboard.?

I have neither the tool or the patience to do this myself. The motor runs, but wont push the 16ft runabout through the water. I live near Louisville, KY. I was told due to my inexparience installing the motor that I messed up the spark advance and it needs to be retimed. Thanks in advance!
