Should I trade off my Escape?

Question:
Ok, I have an 2005 Limited Edition Ford Escape, black with tan leather interior. 47000 km, but it sucks gas (18.4 L/100 km). I am looking at a new VW Jetta (2007) (white, with very dark winodws). 150hp 5 speed manual, sunroof, no leather.
Should i trade off the escape, or keep it. What do you think of the escapes... the jettas'?

I think the Jetta is a really nice car. It's probably cost you some money; I don't think the Escape is going to be worth a new Jetta.
It definitely has much better gas mileage.
