I have an 03 Toyota Corolla - bought it new. It isn't for sale, but one like it would be up your alley. Either that or a Civic... both very reliable cars and awesome gas mileage...Can you order a car from a dealership and request it to be made with only the features you want?
Don't get an American car, especially Found On Roads Dead(a Ford). Get a foreign made car. The best type of car for you would be a Toyota or Honda. I have a 2001 Honda Accord and it's very dependable, just make sure you don't get a 6-cylinder car because gas is outrageous right now. And Honda's and Toyota's last for years and years to come.If I payed for it, what type of car would you get, why?
