Car AC blower repair question?

Question:
I have a 1998 Toyota Corolla. I had a new AC put in almost 2 years ago. The AC now cuts in and out. I checked the fuse (still good). What could be the problem. Remember, the AC is only a couple of years old. I would appreciate ANY help or any links that would be helpful. I have searched everywhere. I know if I take it to a mechanic, the will overcharge me big time.

Unfortunately this is a job for an air con specialist.
It neads to be re-gassed.
the compressor has an inbuilt safety device to cut it out when the gas is low.
first though, check to make sure the engine idle speed is correct as too low an idle speed can have the same effect.
