I have a car 4 years with on line finanances cardiff [not recomended too any one answering] and my aggrement?

my aggrement is signed and not dated do you think this affects legality of my contract as ive nearly £2000 on repairs on this car since 2003 and got one payment in arrears and now there charging me £900 admin charges wich i dont agree with so is this aggeement valid if not dated?

It will affect the legality of the agreement as it is not completed in full.
I work for a finance company & we are told by our legal team Full & complete compliance is the only acceptable agreements accepted. Any agreements with errors will not automatically be followed up in a court as there is a case we could loose..
As fro £900 admin charges any good solicitor would surely question the excessive amount

Your contract should have a date. I'm sure you signed other papers that have the date, so i think you would have a hard time legally disputing something that should have been taken care of at the time of contracting. Spending money on repairs after that many years is normal with a used car. As for the admin. charge, what's it for? Read your contract, it should tell you what is legal for them to charge you. In the USA we have the state banking department to contact for question concerning financing questions, and what fees are legal to charge.Finance companies are required to have banking licenses and also have to abide by there rules and regulation laws. I'm sure you have something similar. I would check with them.
