Percentage to negotiate BMW pre-owned car?
I would choose a Jeep because I am brand loyal, but from my experience and constantly watching prices, a $3000 Jeep is going to be very old or in really poor shape. The Jeeps tend to drop value quickly but bottom out around $4000-5000 then the price goes back up if it's in good shape. A 1980 CJ in good shape will run around the same price as a 1998 or 1999 TJ in average condition. Chevy's will stay on a consistant decline and still be a good vehicle but at a lower price. Don't get me wrong, I like Chevy and love Jeeps but the Chevy may be the better value for the price you are looking at.Could you estimate market shares of the v-belt main brands? (Which brands?)?

How many miles a year should you put on new vehicle?
For your price range, a jeep is probably going to be out of the question. Anyone you find in that range will need a lot of work, or the owner is selling it because there are going to be problems in the near future. Your best bet would be a chevy. Especially if you want a 4x4. the chevy will be a little less expensive. also parts tend to be cheaper, and any vehicle you get for under $3k is going to need some work in a short time.Where can I get a commonrail turbo biodiesel electric hybrid all-wheel-drive SUV with low range?
