Selling a vehicle?

can i sell a vehicle if i still owe on it? my friend is buying it to me and we agreed that he's going to give me cash (by getting a loan) and ill continue paying the owning i have on the car. i live in canada (saskatchewan). im just worried if someone will stop me in selling the vehicle? he likes the vehicle soo much and i hate it.

Yes you can sell it... but remember you still owe everything on the car note. Best advice, make sure his check clears, deposit it wait a week, then hand over the car to your friend. DO NOT GIVE HIM THE CAR BEFORE YOU ARE SURE HIS CHECK IS GOOD.
