Scion tC Price?

Can someone please tell me a little about the Scion tC? I am looking to by a new, 2007 model. My credit union approved me for a $20,000 loan. Including the extra costs, such as tax, title, and liscense, will $20,000 be enough to purchase this car. The KBB value is $18.047.00.

Does anyone own the Honda Fit? Do you like it?

I am not sure of the exact price, but I usually go for $200 less than the kbb value. Also, it is good to wait until the last day or two in the month to buy a car as the companies are struggling to meet their quotas. Doing this may get you a great deal. Good luck.
