GMAC has screwed me bad on a lease from GREENBROOK GMC, has anybody else had problems.?

Question:
Returned a lease early, dealer said wait for payoff, they send me a bill for $9853.34 saying I "Voluntarily Repossesed" my own vehicle after only owing 2 payments of total $840. (Which I paid) Being totally shafted by GMAC LEASING!

In a lease contract, you need to fulfill the payments before you turn in the vehicle, or it is a voluntary repossesion and legally binding.
I would talk with GMAC and see if you can pay off the remaining payments, and have them reverse the voluntary repo, so your credit is not effected negatively.
