Answers:

The must-have cars in the states at moment.?

Contact your DMV, dealer's division. Legally, the dealer had to have the title in their name, prior to sale. Many dealers don't do this. Most states allow forty five days for the dealer to complete the transaction, and the title to be issued in the buyer's name. However, your sale doesn't have a clear title, that's where the problem lies, and there are likely brands on the title that you are unaware of, possible flood car, or it's a rebuild, and you were not notified.

Im thinking about buying a seat arosa car do you think this is a good car?

The car dealer can't sell a car without a clear title. If they don't have one, get your money back.
