well if there was only one made and it was SOLD (as in no longer available) in japan, i think you are pretty much out of luck. besides, who knows how much the thing would cost. if you have that much money to blow, why don't you just buy a regular mitsubishi and have a bunch of hello kitty custom work done on it. if you have enough dough, you can have anything done to your car.
