Question:
When you go to those used car dealers, take a look inside the car or truck's interior, and you touch those interior parts like door panels, dashboard, and steering wheel, you can feel some grease on it. Does anyone know what is that stuff they put? And what is it's purpose?

It is a cleaner and it is supposed to make the interior look new. But it is greasy and stinks. It is called Armer oil.
Which brand is better Mitsubishi, Toyota or Honda?
Armer oil i thinkRE: dream car evolution or civic si?
I would call it silicone [here in NZ] and it can be purchased in a spray can and it makes the interior and engine look like new the more they put the more it masks any faults and when it is greasy as you say then they are pouring it on.It's called Black Magic a silicone based protectant. It is used to protect the dash and other vinyl parts from cracking and fading, and it will hide some of the flaws to make the car look better to the buyer.
Buying a 2007 Shelby GT500, special ordering?
Just what you want,a slippery steering wheel! Not sure what these dumbasses are talking about with armer oil? Such a product does not exist as far as i know. Perhaps they mean to say Armor All? Armor All sucks *** btw. It just dries out the vinyl and makes it crack much sooner. They might use that or some other product, and its obvious purpose is to make the car appear newer than it really is.More Questions & Answers ...
