Most banks will tell you the blue book value according to mileage and condition for the year and model of your truck.

Does anyone know if i can check to see if a car has mot?

check kelley blue book value.

Whats the right car for me?

Go to the web-site www.kellybluebook.com and follow the directions its very easy and its all free

I have a 2000 Honda CR-V (great car, by the way) with 153K miles on it. Should I trade?

You should research Kelly Blue Book. I have heard that it will answer all of your questions. It will even tell you, I believe, how much it will cost if it is in a certain condition.

Do i have time to back out or bargain?

Forget the Kelly blue book as they overprice vehicles. All dealers go by the N.A.D.A book as it lists both wholesale &retail values and different conditions to evaluate wholesale price due to condition. Why trade it in? Most dealers (all I should say give even less than what the book says) You should sell it yourself. Why,cause you can get more for it. Just run an ad in your local newspaper classifieds or if ya have a local Traders paper that is published weekly and usually don't charge you anything for the ad till ya sell it. You will come out way ahead, money wise
