Any used vans in madera or fresno california under $2000?
Ok, I hate having to say this but the Mazda is better on fuel and cost. However, with Subaru you get what you pay for. I have an 03 WRX that I bought for $17,000. I've put over 60,000 miles on it in the past year and haven't had ANY problems other than I need some new tires. My younger brother has a Mazda, yeah it looks nice but it doesn't handle as well as my Suby, doesn't have the "fun" feeling like my Suby, and it's not as safe.Does anyone know where i can get a 1994-1996 chevy impala body from I'm willing to pay for the body?
Subaru has some of the safest vehicles on the market. Yeah, there are alot of people that claim they have the best but I have proof. While I was a firefighter, I saw an accident involving a Dodge Caravan and a Subaru WRX. The van hit the WRX in the DRIVER'S DOOR at 65 mph. Normally, the driver would be dead. This driver was able to get out of the passenger door with nothing but a few cuts from broken glass. Yes, the car was totalled. The owner gave the car to the fire department for training use after the insurance company paid him and allowed it. We couldn't cut through the B pillar (that's the one just behind the front doors) with the standard "Jaws of Life." It took an abrasive wheel saw. That's when we understood why. There are 7 layers of steel surrounding a 12 inch long, 1 inch diameter, Boron reinforced steel bar that is positioned at the drivers head. Upon continued examination, we found that there are actually 3 interconnecting rings of steel that surround the entire passenger compartment. One at the base of the windshield, one around the B pillar, and one at the base of the rear window. I researched these cars after this and found that the "boxer" or horizontally opposed engine is on rails that when the car is involved in a front end collision, the engine slides under the car. This saves the driver and passenger's legs. The doors are reinforced that also help protect the driver and passengers.
My suggestion, do some research on Subaru for yourself. Then take one for a test drive, talk to other Subaru owners, and finally BUY ONE. In the end, it's your decision. I'm so happy that I chose the Subaru.
Oh, I forgot to mention. ALL Subarus are All Wheel Drive. The Protege 5 isn't last I looked. If you get bad weather, especially snow, go with the AWD. It's saved my life more that once.
Buying a car after bankruptsy.?
mazdaWhat is the best month to buy a car? April or May?
The Mazda will be cheaper to run, but then again if you had the money it wouldn't matter, the Subaru may be more fun.More Questions & Answers ...
