Although the Camry appears to be bigger, I prefer the Accord. I think it is the better buy as far as problems and resell value.

The biggest difference I can see is the Accord has the option of a manual transmission which is better for gas mileage and less likely to need repair/maintenance.
Drive both and one will appeal to you more.
