Question:
For a 2007 Honda Civic Si Coupe.
Answers:
Is there a place that will buy non operational cars?
The best time to buy a car is anytime you make a legit offer. Invoice less rebates is something a dealer will take EVERY time, unless you're looking for a highline car. But a civic shouldn't be a problem. But have a pre-approval or know what your credit looks like so the dealer doesn't screw you on interest rates/terms. But, if you're looking for a gonga deal, then the last day of the month, any month, or the last day of the year so long as you're willing to take the car home THAT DAY. Problem with waiting till the end of the year is that you may not be able to get the exact car/color/options you want. And if you're going to buy for 0 profit from a dealership be prepared to purchase from THEIR inventory. They won't want to go hunting for a car if they're not making any money. My husband needs a new (used) car!?
At the very end of the month! the dealer is looking for sales # and will take a smaller profit. Get up and walk away from th sale desk 2 times, the 3rd time they will give you the bet price! Get the invoice price on the net with the options you want and start off offering them $600.00 under that.End of the month. End of the summer.
