Based on the price, the IS350 should be the best (it's fully equipped and has the best performance of any of your choices). However, the Pontiac, fully optioned, would probably cost in the same range (mid 30 thousand). Since personal opinion is for what you're asking, I'd go with the Pontiac (I dislike Japanese cars, no matter how ell they perform, how ell they're built, and/or any other criteria. The Pontiac will be easier to have serviced and the dealer will treat you better (important).

Lexus, all the way baby, yea!
the lexus IS 250 AWD is the way to go,
if you don't get snow where you live then the RWD is fine,
but if you do get snow then the Xtra traction from the AWD is well worth the money.
after having an AWD myself, i won't own anything less...but i like my 4WD FJ cruiser even better, because i can make my own roads with it.
Lexus is cream of the crop, you really can't go wrong with anything they build.

Well 1st off..
the question itself is kinda unclear...
so lemme break this down for you.

If you are looking for a Family like car
then go for the ES350. If you want some style
and something unique.go for ES350 w/ Panoramic Sunroof.

A car to buy?

If you want something more sporty, then go for the IS250.
If you are looking for superb performance
and more power, then go for IS350.
That's only if you are looking into stepping on gas
and hate-to-loose type of guy.
But if you are not hate-to-loose type of guy and if you are not sensitive about car's performance
then why waste more gas?
Just go for IS250.
But if you want style and speed and best performance
then go for IS350.
Usually, people use about 15% of the car's performance.
Not a lot of people use more than 50% of the car's performance.
My kinda case.i try to drive the car to the fullest.
That's why I prefer stick shift.
If that's not your case, then just go w/ IS250 and
save yourself some cash and gas money.
If that's just 4 type of cars that you are looking for.
that's my opinion.
If other cases.then there are many many cars out there.
I personally love Subaru STI and Mitsubish Evo MR.
Even bit of supped up Nissan 350z.
