can i sell a vehicle if i still owe on it? my friend is buying it to me and we agreed that he's going to give me cash and ill continue paying the owning i have on the car. i live in canada (saskatchewan). im just worried if someone will stop me in selling the vehicle? he likes the vehicle soo much and i hate it.
