How much does it cost to put a car on ebay?

it is a 67 mustang fastback completely restored and is worth about 44,000. does it make a difference if the starting bid is 1 penny or 20,000? if i start it at 1 penny how much would it cost to put it on there, not counting if it sold or not, just the list cost for ebay.
