If I were you I'd go with a make with a reputation for general reliability - such as the Toyota Yaris or Nissan Micra. Not cute cars (certainly not as cute as your bottom), but easy to come by, cheap to run and reliable - although make sure you check the car out fully before buying.

There are lots about (so they are not expensive to buy), fairly reliable, and easy to fix if something goes wrong. Spare parts are plentiful. As someone else mentioned, they are also good handlers, and stable at higher motorway speeds.
