What is the best way to get rid of an automobile that you are WAY upside down?
A friend of mine has one, and I've researched it extensively thinking about one of my own (Sadly, it's not big enough for everything I'd need it for). They're a bit small, but they get very good gas milage (which will be great in the long run on your wallet) and the safety ratings are very good. They start out brand new for 10,000 and up. So, personally I think it's not a bad deal for it being only a couple years old. Especially for a beginner driver. Just make sure you test drive it throroughly... wherever you'd be driving day to day... do just that. Make sure you're comfortable inside it as well, that YOU wouldn't mind driving it everyday. Hope this helps...It is a good price for an Aveo. Just make sure that the monthly payments they offer are correct. Few months ago I was about to buy an aveo for $7,000 until I found out that the montly payments were $280 for a 9% interest. When i made the calculations myself, I found out that they were selling me the car for $11,000, not $7,000. So make sure before you go, that the montly payments match the price of the car. A good way to do this is by checking online for free monthly payment calculators, which will help you calculate the monthly payments if you buy the car, so tha way, once you decide to buy it, you'll see if these people are ripping you off or not. Just always be prepared. Good Luck
