Auto Finance Companies provide financing for people that are often declined by the Car Company (FORD) and the Bank. they are a little more flexible about your credit history and poor rating.
they charge higher interest rates and charge extra if your payment is late. They also are more likely to repossess your vehicle if you miss payments. If you are unable to get financing through your bank or dealer, they are the next choice.
As far as being good or bad, if you make your payments, they are good, if you don't they are bad.
