make shur ther is no oil,antifreeze,broken hoses,cracked belts, things of that sort make sure there is nothing broken under car eather take it for a test drive and look for things like. is it pulling to one side, is there and noises(grinding,sputtering,cli... if there is there could be a problem with the wheels drive train or other hazardest problem that may cause safty issues
