I got two words for you. BLUE BOOKThe mileage isn`t the issue, the price is.... I think $11,000 is a bit high. Maybe check the local classifieds, (the larger circulated newspaper the better!) and see what an `04 is selling by private party. The Camry is an excellent car, good luck.
Toyota Camrys are good cars - my grandmother has a 1998 that is still in great shape - but I'd be leery of such a new car with so many miles already on it.

Before you buy, get it checked. A lot of garages will give a car the once-over for a nominal fee - $60 or so. That could save you a lot of trouble in the long run!

Remember that you are buying miles... The lower the better.. for that much money shop some more.. The Camry with the 4cyl auto is bullet proof and you can buy a newer one with less miles than the V6 .. PS..
