what can i do if i lease an as is used car from a dealer who gives me a 30day limited warranty. but 2months after the purchase the car is giving continous trouble. can i get my down payment back or should they offer me another car ?

You did buy it AS IS. I'm sorry you are having trouble with it but that's the breaks of the game. I doubt if the dealer has to do anything legally. He may try and help you just for the good will.
