I would say 'yes'. Because of your age (under 18), you will need an adult to enter into a motor vehicle contract unless you are able to pay for it in cash (not check or credit cards but cash) and even then some dealers won't sell it to you because you haven't reached the age of majority.Car finance not paid and car now in the hands of the garage?
