Hi, I have question that my sister and I trying to transfer a car under my name, we have to sign a Bill of Sale, how can I get a automobile Bill of Sale? Any government office, buy from retail store or from a lawyer?

Can a car company mark a car as stolen if they give you the key, and the creditor cancels the loan?

Go the Dept of Motor Vehicles and they have the proper papers you need to transfer the car. Also Auto Ins firms carry them. as well as car dealers. No need for lawyers. When it is family, you can write a letter stating you are giving the car to her as a gift. That way she won't have to pay any sales tax on it.
but you will need your car registration paper, the transfer paper and the letter saying it is a gift.
