It would be a very difficult, expensive exercise, I'm sorry. its the rhd/ LHD issues that will really cause the mechanical issues. However, Australia does have very stringent requirements concerning safety, emissions, etc, so that part should be OK. I would call Toyota USA, Canada, Philippines, or Korea, top see whats available in LHD. This is the truck u mean?
