3 month I have been warning from my lender that they are going to repose the car , my question is this ,, can they actually came to your garage and get the car , what if my wife lie to them and tell that I am not home and went out of the state , would they still has the authority to go inside my house garage to look for the car

depends on the repo order. they can get an order to go onto private property but most the basic repo order is the need to be on public property. So yes they can stay on the road and hook up to your car in a drive way but the tow truck can not be on your private property.
