Question:

Selling car?

SORRY...There is no such law buying a car with a cooling off period unless you signed the contract at your home.

i bought a car on hire purchase how long should it take for the finance company to give me an answer?

Even if they do have that rule, don't think it's as easy as going back to the dealership with the car and saying "here.. take it back, I don't want it"

How do you mail wheels to someone?

You will have to yell and scream and get a lawyer involved. At the end of the day, it may cost you more money to return the car than to purchase the car.

What was the first item ever sold at a 7/11?

Good luck, and make sure you want AND can afford what you buy so you won't have to go through that ordeal.

Which car should i get?

Maryland does not have the 72 hour cooling off period on contracts when it comes to purchasing a car. I know because I live in Maryland and returned a car. However, you CAN get the dealer to take the car back. You will have to stand your ground no matter what (advice given to me by an attorney). Repeatedly tell the dealer you don't want it and that you are not going to pay one red cent for the vehicle. The dealer will threaten to sue. Encourage the dealer to do so. They don't really want to sue you as it costs them money! Also, call the bank or finance company immediately and tell them you have returned the vehicle to the dealer and that you have no intention of making a single payment. Any down payment you made, is gone. The Bank will scream too. Stay firm with the bank as well. Everyone will threaten to ruin your credit. Won't happen. You just won't be able to use the same lender again and of course you'll never want to go back to the same dealer. Any down payment you've made...well, you have to be willing to give that up. You're never going to get that back. I did this several years ago when a dealer called me two days after having driven off the lot only to tell me that my loan had been approved (finally) and oh yeah, your payment is going to be $53 more a month than originally quoted. Never drive off the lot with a vehicle until ALL financing, price, payments, options, etc. are set in stone and YOU are happy.

i want tu buy a car. what is the best car for teenage girl under $50000 ?

Never heard of any state having such rule. Some dealers MAY have a policy like that but there definitely is no law that nice.
