ING Direct Orange Savings Account, Has anyone used this, was it a good deal?

The bank has to be dealt with first. The repair shop cannot threaten you till they're bill, for repairs performed with your signed consent,is past 30 days due.The repair shop has no legal ground to act as an agent for the lien holder unless-it was written out in the contract signed by the buyer. If you have no contract with the seller, that stipulates certain exemptions and indemnifies the original signer to specific warranties of recourse, you have not a legal ground to stand on. Loan co.s care not for where the payment comes from unless you have a specific contract with them. Drop the dilema and sue for lost moneys in public court.

Car AC blower repair question?

If I understand you correctly, you took over payments on a vehicle, making the payments to the repair shop, instead of the finance company? And they are now saying that the bank is going to repossess the vehicle, but they didnt know the bank was going to repossess it? Did you ever have the vehicle registered in your name, or get a bill of sale or anything from the repair shop saying you were now making payments on the vehicle? If you did, I would contact the bank, and advise them of the situation, and make arrangements to try and make the payments directly to the bank, showing the bank the receipts from the payments you made. If you dont have any paperwork supporting your case, the only other thing you could do would be to sue the repair shop to recover your money. as far as paying for the repairs, if the repair shop took your money for the payments on the vehicle, and then just pocketed the payments, never actually sending the payment in, I would just tell the repair shop to pound sand; they got all the money they were going to get out of me. Hope this helps.Good luck
