I have bought cars for $600 and less. Usually the way I found them was just keeping my eyes open and finding them on the side of the road with a for sale sign on them. Some times you can find them in the local paper. If you are going to look in the paper get the paper as early as possible because these deals go fast. Don't expect a classy car for the price, but make sure the car seems safe to drive. Hope you have your own tools.
