nitrogen will maintain pressure through temp changes where normal air will vary with hot & cold. air is free and nitrogen cost money. if you check you air press often why spend the money. hope this helps

Plain air is mostly nitrogen. The only advantage to running pure nitrogen would be in race cars. (Or airline tires on planes.) Also nitrogen is not reactive to rubber, but it wouldn't affect the oxygen on the outside of the tires eating away at the rubber, now would it? Bottom line, if you want to pay around $30 to do it, go ahead. But you won't get much advantage.
