Do Lemon Laws Apply to Certified Used Vehicles?

I bought a "certified used volkswagon" and it has been at the dealer's for repairs for about three weeks! (I have only had it for about 2-3 days). Can I get some relief under Florida's Lemon Laws?

Ask for an amiable solution to your situation & remember that the dealership DOES want you to be happy.
Going in there & causing a scene doesn't get anybody anything.
But going in there & talking to a manager or owner intellegently should get them to act responsibly & get you back in the drivers seat. A happy customer is a dealerships best asset.

Buying a used car that has a loan on it?

The key word here is USED. Lemon laws only pertain to newly purchased cars and is kinda a pain in the rear to deal with. If you have only had the vehicle for 2-3 days, I would be taking it back to where you bought it. If the problem is something serious I would be a very squeaky wheel in the sales managers ear to make it right or make them repurchase the vehicle back. They may even be able to switch you into another car. If the dealer has any credibility whatsoever they will make it right or I would be on the BBB's doorstep in a heartbeat. My $.02 worth.
