Question:
i won and bought an item on ebay and already paid for it. the problem was the seller was asking for more money than what i paid for shipping to APO boxes (military oversea address) tho i never had that kind of problem and now, we talked from time to time over 3 months finally he offered a refund. i was waiting and about 3 weeks passed and he never did give me a refund. when i tried to get help, the ebay company tells me its too late. i just donät know what else to do after trying to figure out how to get my money back. (it was parts for my truck) can someone help me pls? this ebay seller ID is : mackwholesale; he has more than several negative feedbacks about refunds. what am i to do?
