When donating a vehicle is it required that you fill out the title? and if you are required to fill out the title, do you make it out to the organization that your donating too. help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

For your own protection, fill in the necessary places including the mileage. If possible, make a photostat copy of the transferred title. Get a receipt from the person who takes your car. Remove the tag(s), check under the seats, glove box, the trunk and over the sun visors for items you might of forgotten to remove. Do not cancel your car insurance on this car until you either transfer the tags to your new/used vehicle or you turn the tags in to the DMV then you can notify the insurance company.
