Well for some of the begginers i have seen find one with hudge rubber bumpers and ones that dont go fast ..
But really that is up to you .. Find a car you like make sure it is in good mechanical condition , sometimes you can check with your insurance company , they can provide you with a list of car's that they feel are safer and more reliable than others .. after all if anything happens they are the ones who pay for it ..
I did a search on your question and most sites rate Honda as one of the most popular cars for first time buyers or begginers because they are reliable , safe , and economical to operate ..and there great in the winter if you get lots of snow
but again .. its what ever you can afford , and can picture yourself touring around town in ..
