Best "fast" car 20k?

There are car loans that let you pay for a car monthly, but no bank is gonna give one to a 15 year old. Of course you should get a job, if you didn't how would you expect to pay for a car. Go get a job and start saving. In a year or two when you get you want to get a car you will have the money to. Even if you dont have enough money to get something decent you may be able to convince yuor mom to sign a car loan for you if you have proven to her that you are responsible with your job and have a large down payment.

Black car vs white car?

YES, get a job and save money now so you can buy one outright(no one will give a loan to someone under 18 and mom probably wouldn't co-sign for you anyway) when you're ready, And you do not have to buy a new car (since most teenagers will wreck their first few cars), just get a half decent used car...preferably something mid-size with good airbags to reduce any injuries caused by accidents. Don't give into peer pressure and think you HAVE to have the most fly car out there...(Pimp My Ride probably won't be giving you a visit any time soon).
Good Luck !

WHERE DO i FIND THESE TRUCKS AT?

Most places that loan money are not going to give anything to a teenager who is not working full time. In fact they probably would not even talk to you if you are under 21. Just get a job save your money and maybe when your 18 or 19 you can purchase something.

Philippine motor plate starts with "U", when was it registered?

Get a job, save your money, and then buy a cheap little POS that runs. Almost everyone who is new to driveing gets a ding here, scratch there, dent over there. Get an old used car and learn on that, and then in a year or two, then go for somthing nice. Theres no use buying a new car and have it banged up becaue of inexperiance. We've all been there, (will be there), for a first car, buy something that will be cheap and reliable. I bought a 1987 Plymouth Caravelle for my first car for $900 Canadian. It was a little rusty, and it was 18 years old at the time, but it did the trick for me. the car ran great and I sold it a year later, its still on the road and running fine (I sold it to a guy I work with for his beater), and I bought the truck I wanted. I would rather know that the vehicle I am driving is a good vehicle and I know how to drive it. Driving with someone and driveing alone are two completly different experiances.

What kind of gas mileage does a 4.7 L V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee engine get?

yes, definitely get a job. pay for the car yourself. you're more likely to take good care of it if you bought it with your own money.
or maybe make a deal with a parent to pay half. you should still pay for as much as you can yourself.

Save up about 2 grand. Get a friend or relative who knows a lot (and I mean a lot...professional mechanic would be best, someone who works on their own cars at the very least) about cars to go car shopping with you.

Good car for a college student in Indiana?

You should be searching in the 1000-1500 dollar range. That's as cheap as you can go and have a reasonable chance of getting something you could drive for a few years. It would also leave you with a few hundred to fix the things that break.

What's a good first car??... reasonable price and milage... i really want a soft top.?

You should get some basic tools, and learn to do basic repairs and maintenance yourself. It isn't hard. Anything that doesn't require you to decompress springs or take apart the engine is not hard. In fact, in a lot of cars it might be easier for you, with your teenage girl hands, to reach things. That will save you at least 50 percent of the cost of any repair for which you have the tools.

Found a new 2005 Chevy Impala with 200 miles on it at a dealer. Sticker says $24800. What should I offer?

For 1000-1500, you should be able to get a 10-15 year old Japanese car under 150,000 miles (maybe even 100,000 miles) in good mechanical and reasonable cosmetic condition. I'd be a little leery of most American cars in that price range. The only ones I'd touch would be pickup trucks, the Olds Cutlass Ciera, and the Ford Escort/Mercury Tracer. If you really like the idea of working on cars, consider a Volkswagen.

Should I get the S2000?

Don't bother looking at dealers in this price range. You want to look in parking lots, park-and-sell lots (where individuals sell their own cars), bulletin boards, newspaper classifieds, and http://www.craigslist.com

I got a Car Accident after trade in my car. they already estimate my car.what should i do?

The test drive is critical in this price range. Dont' worry about the radio. That's cheap and easy to fix if there's a problem.

Is the GPS an added option on the Grand Prix GXP or is it standard?

Before you drive, check the coolant, make sure it's green or orange without too much crud in it. There shouldn't be any sort of film on top, and there should DEFINITELY not be visible oil in it. (That's an EXTREME head gasket leak, but I've seen it that bad) Make sure there's no film or white foam in the oil. The oil should be tranparent or translucent. If it's thick black, the car has not been cared for.

Which car is better: Ford Escape or a Kia Sorento and why?

Make sure the car isn't leaking too bad. It can be leaking a little oil, but there shouldn't be any puddles where it's been parked.

What is a good $15,000 or under car?

Drive the car and listen for noises. If it's coming from the passenger compartment, don't worry about it. If it's from anywhere else, make sure you can tell what's causing it. If it's a pinging or knocking noise that gets faster/louder as the engine revs higher, forget that car.

I'm trying to buy a used car in Texas for the company I work for, do you know the requisites?

Check the belts and hoses and make sure they aren't cracked or worn out. They're cheap to fix, but it's nice to know about their condition.

What should I do with my car? Refinance? Take over payments?

Check the entire car, top and bottom, for rust. There should be little to no rust anywhere on the car. The less the better. Be careful, sometimes there's dirt on the underside of a car that looks a little like rust but isn't. But sometimes it is.

Age to test drive new car?

Make sure the heat works. Working AC would be good too, but heat is a safety and reliability (coolant leaks) issue. AC is often broken in cars this cheap. (But not in my 1200 dollar 92 Accord!)

Is it agianist the law to display for sale sign in car window?

Do a couple turns with the steering wheel at full lock both ways. If you hear a clunking sound, particularly if you're on the gas while turning, it means the CV axles are bad. You might be able to bargain down a little for that, but in this price range it's to be expected (I've bought two cars like that). It's easy to fix if you have a torque wrench. I'd suggest buying one and doing it yourself.

The suspension could creak a little when you hit bumps, but it shouldn't be too bad, and it should feel like it's smoothing out the bumps.

Make sure that when you take your hands off the wheel on a straight, smooth, level section of road, the car keeps driving straight, or close to it. Check the tires to make sure that tire wear is even on both sides of the tire, and on both sides of the car (it might vary between the front and back of the car)

Used cars!?

When you're done driving, pop the hood and smell the engine. It should smell faintly of oil. It shouldn't smell like anything is burning, and you should not smell gasoline. Those are both bad, and you should forget about the car if you do smell them.

Ideally you've got a mechanic friend with you who can be on the lookout for anything else.

And yes, if you want a car, you should get a job. If you get a car like this, though, you won't need much of a job.
