Where can I find my old car?

This sounds so stupid, but does anyone know how to find a car you used to own? I am just really sad I got rid of it now, and I didn't get that much for it so it didn't make a real difference if I sold it or not and now I want to know where it is. Is it possible to look it up by the vin number?

Dude, once you've sold you car, it's not yours anymore! I s'pose that's the answer you were worried about getting! But, seriously, if someone bought your car (it sounds like you sold it to a middleman, the dealer) they own it now and for them to sell it BACK to you would probably cost you more than you sold it for. Why don't you just look for one that is similar that IS on the market? Maybe you can find one with a sunroof or a CD player, something you didn't have in your old one. Also, if it is still on the market, you still will probably pay more for it now than what you put into your pocket for selling it. That's how it works.
Good luck finding it. Maybe karma will work for you and the current owners are about to sell it. Maybe it is still on the used car lot and got some hail damage and is at a price so low you wouldn't believe it but there is a solution....that would be the one that you find that makes you happy. Dude.

Yes it is all you have to do is go to the DMV or BMV in your area and the should be able to look it up and find out where it is registered or some times the vehicle registration will be on a car fax report just costs a little $$ or if you have a friend that is a cop or know any cops have them check it for you!!
