Need opinions regarding '04 Nissan 350Z Touring Edition?

I'm thinking about buying a '04 Nissan 350Z Touring Edition. I've been doing a lot of research but seem to keep coming across conflicting information. I heard about the suspension and electronic concerns in the '03 models, has this carried over or been corrected for '04? Also if anybody else has owned one, please give me any insight and opinions/concerns you may have. I greatly appreciate all the help and advice.

The front suspension problem that you are talking about was thought to only effect 2003/2004 nissans but I have seen bulletins for 2003-2005 350Zs. If I were you I would look into buying a 2007 350Z even if its just the base model (although I would upgrade to the enthusiast for the limited slip diff and traction control). The new VQ35HR engine is a much better version of the VQ35, (has dual intake and true dual exhaust, a version of this engine will be used for the new twin turbo GT-R) it is a perfect setup for future mods, such as new intakes, exhaust and twin turbos. Nissan has had a few years now to work out some of the problems that they had with the earlier models and have definately improved on the performance capabilities of the car.
