Question:
What is the typical or average cut-off date in a model year that I can still order a new car (the way I want it) from the factory?
Answers:
is it illegal for a car dealership to sell a car with bad brakes?
It changes with each manufacturer and model. The only way to know is to have an exact vehicle picked out and check with the dealership. There is no set model change over time. Keep in mind to that there are often order constraints as far as certain options or engine choices on a monthly basis so if you wait too long, you might not be able to order exactly what you want. I hope this helpsWhy should we pay road taxes when we are not getting good quality roads.?
I would think it is past for this year. I would think in September they would change the model year.Depends on the manufacturer. Some cut-offs are two weeks before the final day of production. Some are 2 years ago for a car to be delivered next year.
Why not decide what vehicle you want, visit that dealership and get an exact date from them? Teh answer you get will be much more efficient than the answers you'll get here.
