Buying a car want to know how to fill out title info?

How do you FIND the person who stole the car he was selling you and all your money? He disappeared!!?

Be very careful where you sign and fill information out on the title. If you mess it up at all, you will be responsible to buy a new title to correct the mistake, more then likely. Since every state's title looks different, just take it to the DMW or a local tag and title place and they will be able to take you through the whole process. This is the easiest and most recommended. However, if the seller can't make it, look on the front of the title at the bottom to see if there is a place that says seller's signature and have them sign it there. There might or might not be one there. On the back, go to the very top and read everything there. Have them sign where it reads "seller". You should be ok then. You will also need a bill of sale if you both don't go together. Like I said, all state's titles are different, so just use caution. Good Luck!

Convertable Cars, can you name one?

There is a place on the back for the seller to fill out his info & SIGN. Make sure where it says lienholder on the front that it either says none, or that a lienholder has signed it. Take the title to the DMV and they'll help you with the rest. It's best for the buyer and seller to go to the DMV together, but not necessary.

Who has heard of Fitzgerald Auto-mall? Who wants to come and test drive a car/truck/SUV?

Most states require the seller to sign the back of the title over, along with your signature, also have a bill of sale signed, possibly have a odometer statement as well.

Once this information is gathered then it's a trip down to the department of motor vehicles, pay the fees and taxes and they will transfer the title to your name, issue license plates and registration. (You'll also need proof of insurance)

Can you buy a new car with a repo on your record?

Most likely your states Dept of Motor Vehicles web site will also offer some info and instructions for you.
