Can you guys recommend me decent used cars under 13-14K ?

Question:
I'm planning to buy one next summer and I'm thinking about 02-04 civic si hatchback or mazda3 hatchback and if possible rsx type-s (I have seen couple under 14k, hopefully the prices will go down buy then). anyway give me some suggestions.
I'm interested in manual shift car and I don't like american cars,
I prefer japaneses cars but you can always suggest others.
