Does anybody know how the american express "my wishlist" promotion works?

THey are selling really good, new nice items for really cheap. for example they're selling a porsche cayan for 5000 dollars, regularly 50000 dollars. How do you buy it? Do you just click "i want it" at the my wishlist homepage or do you have to be signed in or something?
