Can I refuse to take the car?

first of all don't try to take all that you put into it as a selling tool,you'll never get what you put into it.(stereo ,paint,custom wheels,tires,ect...)those are just added bonus to the buyer,what i would do is take it to a reputable mechanic don't tell him you are selling it ,ask him if he would look over the car what he thinks value of it (tell him you got it in a will) then go from there.or just look at other cars that are same as yours in auto trader/paper and do it that way too. (see whats out there)
